★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de portaria horrível, serviço de limpeza do condomínio ao limpar o hall fica batendo na porta do morador, eu como visitante vi a cara de vergonha do morador. A vista do dec e do lago é bonita porém não compensa o tamanho do apto.
 Horrible concierge service, cleaning service of the condominium when cleaning the hall is knocking on the resident's door, I as a visitor saw the face of shame of the resident. The view from the dec and the lake is beautiful but does not make up for the size of the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento bacana, tudo bem organizado, o único problema é que quem vai visitar amigos ou parentes tem que deixar o carro muito longe, se estiver chovendo é um transtorno.
Nice apartment, everything well organized, the only problem is that those who are going to visit friends or relatives have to leave the car very far, if it is raining is an inconvenience.
