★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel gruppo di appartamenti, vicini di casa non proprio socievoli ma tutto sommato ok, bello il fatto che siano disponibili in comune con tutti i residenti: una bella piscina, una palestra, una sala cinema è una per le feste, volendo anche rinfrescate d'estate, che si sa in Brasile essere piuttosto lunga.
Il sistema di entrata nel residence con il riconoscimento biometrico sarebbe totalmente da rivedere in quanto nel 90% dei casi non funzionante.
Infatti mi ero abituato a farmi riconoscere tramite telecamera dalle guardie giurate che ormai conoscendomi mi facevano entrare.
Per il resto tutto ok.
Nice group of apartments, neighbors not really sociable but all in all ok, nice the fact that they are available in common with all the residents: a beautiful swimming pool, a gym, a cinema room is one for the holidays, wanting also refreshed summer, which is known in Brazil to be quite long.
The entry system into the residence with biometric recognition would be totally to be reviewed as in 90% of the cases it is not working.
In fact I had grown accustomed to being recognized by a camera by the security guards who by now knowing me were letting me in.
Everything is ok for the rest.
