Banheiros inundando água ao tomar banho
Não oferece matérias de limpeza ,mais querem que entregue o lugar limpo, não tem porteiro horario para usa a piscina, tem que reservar com antecedência área de churrasco isso que eu tô lembrando agora...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com minha família chegamos de lá essa semana e gostamos de tudo, bem localizado, fomos bem atendidos, lugar limpo e aconchegante. Próximo da praia, padaria, farmácia, restaurante e sorveteria.Bem familiar por tudo recomendo e volto com certeza.
I went with my family we arrived from there this week and we liked everything, well located, we were well attended, clean and cozy place. Close to the beach, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant and ice cream shop. Very familiar for everything I recommend and I'll be back for sure.

Garagem desorganizada. E o pior , ainda cobra q deixa o apto limpo ou tem q pagar 30 reais..
I don't recommend it for ngm ..
Swimming pool closes at 8 pm ..
Wifi doesn't work...
Dirty bathrooms...
1 barbecue for 21 apts..
1 microwave for 21 fits.
Disorganized garage. And the worst thing is, it still charges you to leave the room clean or you have to pay 30 reais ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhoso... apartamento como nas fotos, td novo e bem organizado. Área externa limpa e bonita. Piscina com uso das 9h às 20h. A net não é boa e não funciona nos quartos. Ficamos 4 adultos e 1 criança 12 dias em um apt de 1 quarto (acomoda bem). Próximo tem supermercado com preços altos (Melhor ir ao centro), em frente ao condomínio um bar, lanchonete e conveniência. Duas quadras da praia de Taperapua e barraca do Gaúcho. Bairro bem tranquilo. Único ponto negativo é não aceitarem animais (entendo). Indico e retornarei.
Wonderful ... apartment as in the photos, all new and well organized. Clean and beautiful outdoor area. Swimming pool with use from 9am to 8pm. The net is not good and does not work in the rooms. We stayed 4 adults and 1 child 12 days in a 1 bedroom apt (sleeps well). Nearby there is a supermarket with high prices (Better to go downtown), in front of the condo a bar, snack bar and convenience. Two blocks from the beach of Taperapua and barraca do Gaucho. Very quiet neighborhood. Only negative point is not accepting animals (I understand). I indicate and I will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar ruim. A recepção é péssima. Suporte ruim. Não tem porteiro. Se não deixar o lugar limpo tem q pagar 30 reais. Não tem material de limpeza Internet ruim. Não pode pular na piscina não pode ouvir música. Tem que ter silêncio absoluto. Enfim aqui não volto mais.
