A very good place, the view is wonderful, I can't get enough of it, Uber goes anywhere without any problem. Very nice apartment I felt at home, I hope to return again!

Nada tenho a reclamar sobre os profissionais do empreendimento porĂ©m estes elevadores do condomĂnio precisam urgentemente ser trocados. Por serem antigos (muitos antigos por sinal) vivem dando problemas, ficamos dias sem poder usĂĄ-lo devido as constantes manutençÔes o que acarreta em transtornos para os moradores. Me preocupa quem precisa descer 22 andares pela escada, incluindo idosos e crianças com seus pais.
Great janitorial and concierge staff, qualified, respectful and helpful professionals. Common living areas are always clean and well cared for. I have nothing to complain about the venture's professionals but these condo elevators urgently need to be replaced. Because they are old (many old by the way) are always giving problems, we were unable to use it for days due to constant maintenance which causes inconvenience to residents. It worries me who needs to go down 22 floors down the stairs, including seniors and children with their parents.

Tem tudo perto sem precisar se deslocar de carro: hospital, farmĂĄcia, marmitaria, lavanderia, padaria, supermercado, parada de ĂŽnibus em frente ao edifĂcio, prĂłximo da praia, dos shoppings, prĂłximo do centro. SalĂŁo de festa climatizado e academia climatizada. Um excelente lugar para se morar.
Great location this building. Everything is nearby without having to travel by car: hospital, pharmacy, lunchroom, laundry, bakery, supermarket, bus stop in front of the building, near the beach, shopping malls, near the center. Air-conditioned party room and air-conditioned gym. A great place to live.
