★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio bem localizado,bons apartamentos,porteiros atenciosos ,porém precisa melhorar o hall de entrada com móveis antigos e desgastados, guarita da portaria deve ser renovada pois tem uma geladeira velha enferrujada assim que abre a janela.
Muito espaço disponível nas laterais sem uso criativo,sem nenhum banco nem plantas, condomínio alto para o que o prédio oferece.
Building well located, good apartments, attentive porters, but needs to improve the entrance hall with old and worn furniture, the gatehouse must be renovated because it has an old rusty refrigerator as soon as you open the window.
Plenty of space available on the sides without creative use, without any bench or plants, high condominium for what the building offers.
