★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei ficar nesse residencial, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, a localização é excelente, pertinho da praia, fiquei no apt 210 a proprietária é atenciosa e gentil, o apt é lindo, aconchegante, organizado, limpo e bem decorado com móveis novos, tem tudo o que necessitamos. Voltarei mais vezes para esse paraíso.
I loved staying in this residential, the staff are very attentive, the location is excellent, close to the beach, I stayed in apt 210 the owner is helpful and kind, the apt is beautiful, cozy, organized, clean and well decorated with new furniture, it has everything what we need. I will return to this paradise more often.

La ducha fría, piso sucio, almuhadas de color amarillo de baba con olor a pútrido, nada de accesorios en la cocina, sistema eléctrico da pena, faltaban hasta las pilas del mando y además el dueño después del pagamento por adelantado, seguramente fuera de la app Booking no contesta ni a llamadas y ni mensajes, una totale falta de respecto y maleducacion, no recomiendo absolutamente esto asco de alojamiento....
Be very careful when renting... I was with my wife and my daughter in room 101, it was really disgusting... The cold shower, dirty floor, yellow pillows from slime with a putrid smell, no accessories in the kitchen, electrical system is sad, even the batteries of the control were missing and also the owner after the payment in advance, surely outside the Booking app he does not answer calls or messages, a total lack of respect and rudeness, I absolutely do not recommend this disgusting accommodation....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos eu e minha esposa no quarto 101 desse residencial, no período entre 01/12/21 e 04/12/21. Bem o apartamento tem problemas elétricos, se ligar a geladeira o disjuntor desmonta. Ligamos a geladeira na tomada da sala, descobrimos que está enguiçada. O proprietário ficou de enviar um técnico. Mas, ficou só na promessa. Há poucos utensílios domésticos, pouca roupa de cama e banho, o condomínio não permite a entrega de Ifood ou similares no apartamento, o locatário é obrigado a descer e pegar a encomenda. Não é permitido utilizar o estacionamento, se quiser tem que pagar por fora. Não recomendo, há similares próximos bem melhores.
My wife and I stayed in room 101 of this residential, between 12/01/21 and 12/04/21. Well the apartment has electrical problems, if you turn on the fridge the circuit breaker dismantles. We plugged the fridge in the living room, found it's out of order. The owner was to send a technician. But, it was just the promise. There are few household items, little bed linen and towels, the condominium does not allow the delivery of Ifood or similar to the apartment, the tenant is obliged to go down and pick up the order. It is not allowed to use the parking, if you want you have to pay outside. I don't recommend it, there are much better similar ones nearby.

Great value for money, clean apartment and everything organized. Concierge staff very helpful and polite. The whole environment is very clean and quiet. Great to go with family or friends. I highly recommend!!
