★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me hospedei nesta pousada fantastica,,,os cuidadores estao de parabens,muito limpa alem do mais,,ambiente familiar,,e proximo a tudo praias,mercados,pizzarias,muito bem organizada,,com tds utensilios de cozinha,,,,sem contar tambem a piscina super limpa e os demais,,,parabens sr wagner e d rosi,,,minha nota 1000
I stayed in this fantastic hostel ,,, the caretakers are to be congratulated, very clean besides, family atmosphere ,, and close to everything beaches, markets, pizzerias, very well organized ,, with all kitchen utensils ,,,, without count also the super clean pool and the others ,,, congratulations sr wagner ed rosi ,,, my grade 1000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou proprietário de um apartamento que esteve alugado pela Residencial Imóveis de Caraguátatuba por vários anos, mas no ano passado, eles começaram a receber o aluguel e não repassar para minha conta, para conseguir receber eu tinha que ligar várias vezes e levava até mais de um mês de atraso. Ainda tem um aluguel retido com eles desde de Abril de 2017 que apesar de eu mandar emails e ligar ainda não recebi.
I am the owner of an apartment that was rented by Residencial Imóveis de Caraguátatuba for several years, but last year, they started receiving the rent and did not transfer it to my account, to get paid I had to call several times and it took even more than month late. There is still a rent with them since April 2017 that although I send emails and call I still have not received.
