★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar modesto para morar. Pena que alguns moradores não zelam pela limpeza do Conjunto. Como exemplos do parquinho que havia, já está todo destruído com pouco mais de um ano.
 Modest place to live. Too bad some residents do not care for the cleanliness of the Set. As examples of the playground that was there, it is all destroyed with just over a year.

Jardim Maricá por ser um condomínio antigo tem apartamentos grandes com três (3) quartos em seu estado original, tem, se salvo engano, 86mt quadrados cada ap.

Family atmosphere, very quiet place, with excellent ventilation and very good to live!!! With the process of expanding services in short, Conj. Jardim Maricá, being an old condominium, has large apartments with three (3) bedrooms in its original state, it has, if I am not mistaken, 86mt square each ap.

Familiar place, it was recently restored in which the environment was pleasant. If they had been painted with more modern colors, it would certainly have been prettier and more appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu moro no residencial Jardim Maricá. É muito bom de se Mora, é tranquilo e muito calmo vale apena sim Mora lá. Tirando os fofoqueiro e os metidos a dono do mundo é sim um excelente lugar pra Mora.
I live in the residential Jardim Maricá. It's very good to live there, it's quiet and very calm, it's worth it to live there. Apart from the gossips and the cocky people who own the world, it is indeed an excellent place for Mora.
