★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom o empredimento e muito bom de morar um lugar aconchegante, porém falta algumas modificações falta iluminação nos poste pq e muito escuro deveria colocar refletores nos postes, entrada e saída de veículos e no mesmo lado deveria ter uma entrada e saída no lugar diferente sem mais obrigado....
Well, the building is very good to live in a cozy place, but it lacks some modifications, there is no lighting on the poles because it is very dark, it should put reflectors on the poles, entry and exit of vehicles and on the same side there should be an entry and exit in a different place without further ado thanks....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até que gostei do local,mais falta um playground para as crianças,o playground do condomínio vizinho não tem nem comparação,as churrasqueiras achei bem bacana que cada bloco tem uma churrasqueira mais falta colocar uma cobertura pq só tem a armação das telhas,a entrada dos blocos após passar pela porta os pisos do térreo estão quebrados,e após passar pela portaria o caminho tem alguns buracos que não devia ter por ser um condomínio novo
Sao detalhes bobos,mais o local em si é bem agradável,o horário que eu fui é bem tranquilo
I liked the place, but it lacks a playground for the children, the playground of the neighboring condominium has no comparison, the grills I found very cool that each block has a barbecue but it needs to put a cover because it only has the frame of the tiles, the entrance of the blocks after going through the door the ground floors are broken, and after going through the concierge the path has some holes that it shouldn't have because it's a new condominium
They are silly details, but the place itself is very pleasant, the time I went is very quiet
