Também fica próximo ao Perin shopping.
Só achei um pouco difícil o acesso ao condomínio. Participei de um aniversário lá muito bacana o condomínio.

Contras: Garagem sem cobertura, difícil acesso devido a ladeira muito íngrime. Distante dos outros centros e da entrada principal da cidade.
Pros: Apartments very well finished, great construction of the condominium with swimming pool and leisure area.
Cons: Garage without cover, difficult access due to very steep slope. Far from other centers and the main entrance to the city.
