O residencial em si é ótimo, porém na frente tem uns moradores baixo nível, bem fubangos, que ouvem música na maior altura o fim de semana todo, sem nenhum respeito pelo dia de descanso das pessoas que moram em volta. Nessa casa verde ficam várias pessoas na frente bebendo o dia inteiro, falando alto, som alto, músicas tecnobrega, bem baixo nível. Se puder escolher, não venha morar aqui, eu vim em busca de descanso, já me arrependi.

I was there on 03/07/2022 around 6 pm, the doorman on his cell phone, I rang the intercom, he didn't even look, I had to call him to be answered. Extremely rude, as if he was doing you a favor by answering.
