a very calm and quiet neighborhood but not 100% but the complex is in full development and will be in a few years from one of the best neighborhoods in maracanau

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta pavimentação nas ruas, saneamento básico, o transporte público lá dentro é extremamente escasso. Futuramente creio que seja um bom lugar pra morar, mas hoje em dia deixa muito a desejar.
There is no paving on the streets, no basic sanitation, public transport inside is extremely scarce. In the future I think it's a good place to live, but these days it leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bairro que ainda precisa de muitas melhorias em infra estrutura, ruas que ainda não são pavimentadas, transporte público precário, falta de esgoto, segurança precária. Emfim um bairro ainda no novo mas que tem tudo para ser um ótimo bairro, pois conta com mercantil, posto de combustível, igrejas, bares e restaurantes que se destacam no município como point de lazer.
Neighborhood that still needs many improvements in infrastructure, streets that are not yet paved, public transport precarious, lack of sewage, precarious security. Finally a neighborhood still in the new but that has everything to be a great neighborhood, because it counts on mercantile, gas station, churches, bars and restaurants that stand out in the municipality like point of leisure.
