★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar incrível, seguro e muito bonito. Um lugar reservado, com muito verde nativo muito bem cuidado e limpo. Um lugar perfeito para hospedar-se com a família. Há apenas poucos metros da praia e do comércio local. Um lugar maravilhoso!
 An incredible place, safe and very beautiful. A quiet place with very green native very well maintained and clean. A perfect place to stay with family. There are only a few meters from the beach and local shops. A wonderful place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominio localizado no canto esquerdo, próximo à padaria elite (mesma calçada), onde entrada e por baixo de obra embargada. Surpreendente quando vc entra pela natureza e quantidade de casas praticamente escondidas em meio a construção em sua fachada. Condomínio possui piscina adulto e infantil, sauna e academia. Nos feriados um pouco barulhento pela quantidade de casas, mas local bem agradável.
Condominium located in the left corner, next to the elite bakery (same sidewalk), where entrance and under garrison work. Surprising when you enter by the nature and quantity of houses practically hidden amidst the construction on its facade. Condo has an adult and children's pool, a sauna, and a fitness facility. On holidays a bit noisy by the amount of houses, but nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é bom, perto da praia, porém o chalé que estamos ocupando esta infestado de formigas. Já compramos e aplicamos inseticida próprio e não adiantou nada. Acredito que todos o condomínio também esteja infestado de formigas. Impossível cozinhar e comer algo aqui dentro do chalé. Lamentável.
The condo is good, close to the beach, but the cottage we are occupying is infested with ants. We've already bought and applied our own insecticide and it didn't help. I believe the entire condo is also infested with ants. Impossible to cook and eat something here inside the chalet. Unfortunate.

The place gives you freedom and offer all required stuffs to live inside the village, despite of the Maresias beach (30m only) is fantastic. Restaurants, pubs, night clubs, drugstores available all around.
