Entretanto existem alguns pequenos problemas que ao longo dos meses se tornam grandes transtornos como por exemplo: existe interfone mas não funciona, não tem cobertura na entrada em caso de chuva molha mesmo, falta mais segurança na entrada, pintura, extintores, câmeras e manutenção na rede de esgoto. Para o proprietário eu sugiro mais atenção para este imóvel maravilhoso bem localizado, porque ele tem um grande potencial. Já fui síndica, e sei do que estou falando. Eu não resido neste local, mas estou sempre por lá. É apenas um conselho, não veja como uma crítica. Abraço fraterno.
