★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura do prédio foi mau projetada. Mas mesmo assim oferece um conforto bom já que permite uma boa ventilação dos apartamentos. O estacionamento é amplo e bem estruturado fora que tem área de circulação. O que deixa a desejar é a falta de uma área de lazer e deveria ter uma melhor disposição dos apartamentos e seus ambientes internos.
The structure of the building was poorly designed. But even so it offers a good comfort since it allows a good ventilation of the apartments. Parking is ample and well structured outside which has circulation area. What leaves something to be desired is the lack of a leisure area and should have a better layout of the apartments and their internal environments.
