★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um local amplo. Fácil acesso. Contém um amplo estacionamento totalmente descoberto. Área comum limpa ... Estacionamento limpos... Área de lazer com piscina salão de festas muito pequeno. Portaria muito atenciosa.. possuí elevador funcionando. Iluminação externa boa. Apartamento bom, arejado, com bom acabamento, muito bem projetado e aconchegante. Pintura externa muito boa. Estacionamento com pedras afundando.
A wide place. Easy access. It contains a large fully uncovered parking lot. Clean common area... Clean parking... Leisure area with pool ballroom too small. Very helpful concierge.. have an elevator working. Good outdoor lighting. Nice apartment, airy, with good finish, very well designed and cozy. Very good exterior paint. Parking with sinking stones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha vc fui ver hoje apt pra alugar mais tive medo do lugar. O apt em si é lindo grande ventilado e espaçoso. Mais a rua da frente do condomínio da medo. Esquisita. Só vi lixo na rua e catador de lixo. Nada contra mais como n conheço o bairro. Vc tica com medo um pouco. Atrás do condomínio parece ser o lugar que recebe pra reciclar. N fica legal n . Eu n sei se eu teria coragem de sair ali a pé pra ir em farmácia e mercado. Gosto de morar perto de tudo que n precise ir de carro.
Look u went to see apt today to rent more I was afraid of the place. The apt itself is beautiful large ventilated and spacious. Plus the front street of the condominium of fear. Weird. I only saw garbage on the street and garbage collector. Nothing against it as I don't know the neighborhood. You get scared a little. Behind the condo it seems to be the place you get to recycle. N looks cool n. I don't know if I would have the courage to go out there on foot to go to the pharmacy and market. I like to live close to everything that doesn't need to go by car.

Condomínio oferece muito conforto como elevador, gás encanado, piscina, churrasqueira e salão de festas.
Good structure, new properties (delivered by the construction company in 2018).
Condominium offers a lot of comfort such as elevator, piped gas, swimming pool, barbecue and party room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mudei há poucos meses pra cá e zero reclamações! Condomínio novo (entregue em 2018), com aptos grandes e as unidades com cobertura tem um espaço incrível!
Os arredores do bairro são mesclados entre comunidades e outros condomínios de luxo.
Mesmo com o sucateamento de algumas ruas da frente e das proximidades, em questão de segurança é um bairro muito tranquilo, o famigerado "ninguém mexe com ninguém" (este foi um dos pontos que mais pesquisei sobre antes de me mudar).
Enfim, um condomínio básico, porém, com opções essenciais pra se viver bem!
I moved here a few months ago and zero complaints! New condominium (delivered in 2018), with large apartments and penthouse units have an incredible space!
The neighborhood's surroundings are blended between communities and other luxury condominiums.
Even with the scrapping of some of the front and nearby streets, in terms of safety it is a very quiet neighborhood, the infamous "nobody messes with anybody" (this was one of the points I researched the most about before I moved).
Anyway, a basic condominium, however, with essential options to live well!
