Este condomínio foi construído dentro de uma "bacia" , no período chuvoso o alagamento chega ao térreo , foi noticiado nos jornais locais , os moradores pedindo socorro , para aque a construtora se responsabilizar-se pelos danos causados por essa falha na construção. Perderam automóveis, ao redor as ruas também alagam invadindo as casas , a água fica na altura do joelho. Tem muitos a venda na olx , pra quem não conhece , fica aqui o meu relato .NÃO COMPREM !
The location is good but unfortunately for housing it is not. This condominium was built inside a "basin", in the rainy season the flooding reaches the ground floor, it was reported in the local newspapers, the residents asking for help, for the construction company to be responsible for the damages caused by this failure in the construction. They lost cars, around the streets they also flood invading houses, the water is knee-deep. There are many for sale at olx, for those who do not know, here is my story. DO NOT BUY!

A construtora fez uma grande reforma de drenagem e mudou a portaria de posição resolvendo definitivamente o problema de alagamento (pode perguntar para algum morador). Quer comprar um apartamento lá? Excellent condominium: great location, apartments with balcony, complete leisure area!! The construction company did a major drainage renovation and changed the position of the concierge, definitively solving the flooding problem (you can ask a resident). Want to buy an apartment there?
