★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito sujo, cheio de ferro velho estacionado em local que dificulta q circulação de pedestres e veículos, animais circulam em meio as pessoas sem proteção nenhuma, não regras para ter animais, esgoto a céu aberto, mas existe uma estrutura de portaria com pequena sensação de segurança e controle da entrada de visitantes, ruas escuras.
