Perto do shopping sul, da são Camilo e da rodoviária. Fácil acesso a rodovia e próximo ao novo campus da multivix (medicina) e ao lado da escola infantil maple bear (particular). Outra opção de bairro familiar, com valores de aluguel mais baratos e próximo ao novo campus da multivix, é o Arariguaba, sendo referência para aluguel para famílias o prédio verde de pastilhas ao lado da Aletson. Neste bairro a proximidade do centro da cidade é maior, sendo 5 minutos de carro ou ônibus. Próximo a escolas públicas e particulares da cidade, como exemplo o celp, e estando próximo do Paulo Pereira.
A quiet and safe place. I was just visiting, but I found the place beautiful. For those who are worrying about a quiet and family environment, this is the place. Close to the South Mall, São Camilo and the bus station. Easy access to the highway and next to the new campus of the multivix (medicine) and next to the maple bear children's school (private). Another option of family neighborhood, with cheaper rent values and near the new campus of the multivix, is the Arariguaba, being a reference for rent for families the green building of tablets next to the Aletson. In this neighborhood the proximity of the center of the city is bigger, being 5 minutes by car or bus. Close to public and private schools of the city, such as the cell, and being close to Paulo Pereira.
