O síndico faz da área pública ( calçada) como parte do condomínio desrespeitando as leis de trânsito. Resumindo morar nesse local é furadaaaaaaa das grandes..... AS RUAS EM VOLTA FICAM TODAS ALAGADAS... BASTAR DAR UM GOOGLE JOGANDO O ENDEREÇO...
If it rains you leave the house and don't even get home!! The main street turns into a river for hours and hours. The manager makes the public area (sidewalk) as part of the condominium, disregarding traffic laws. In short, living in this place is very big..... THE STREETS AROUND ARE ALL FLOODED... YOU JUST GIVE A GOOGLE PLAYING THE ADDRESS...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O síndico e o admistrativo do condomínio São bem solícitos e não deixaram de atender as nossas necessidades. O salão é aconchegante, mas pequeno para uma quantidade significativa de pessoas. Ah, uma dica é não fazer fritura no local, pq como não há um sistema que jogue a gordura pra fora, a fumaça da fritura vai toda pra dentro do salão. Também, a cozinha é equipada com fogão a gás encanado, microondas, pia e geladeira.
The condominium manager and administrator are very helpful and did not fail to meet our needs. The lounge is cozy but small for a significant amount of people. Ah, a tip is not to fry on the spot, because as there is no system that throws the fat out, the smoke from the frying goes all into the room. Also, the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, sink and refrigerator.
