I love this condo, staff etc a place that I missed. Only bad thing are elevators and season find parking space. All 10 left

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalhei por 10 anos neste condomínio onde a grande maioria dos frequentadores são nota 10, porém existem uma minoria que acha que tem um rei na barriga por ter um apartamento de frente a praia, sendo que muitos deles nem mesmo o condomínio conseguiam pagar, tratando funcionários como se fossem escudos de besteiras que os mesmos faziam e demitindo sem ao menos explicar o motivo, esquecem que do outro lado existe pais de família e que dependem deste trabalho, não digo por mim,pois estou muito bem obrigado, mas por pessoas que estavam prestes a se aposentar e ficaram sem rumo após a demissão após 17 anos dedicados ao condomínio para ser tratado como nada, parabéns aos administradores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto desse condomínio... Bem completo... Com piscina, sauna, acadêmia, salão de jogos, hidromassagem, garagem, gás encanado, entre outros benefícios... Mas na época de temporada é bem concorrido e o condomínio fica cheio, assim como a praia como um todo. Apesar de quatro pavimentos de vaga de garagem, ainda faltam vagas e algumas vagas só são preenchidas se bloquearem outros veículos, impossibilitando-os de deixarem a garagem se outro veículo não for retirado.
I like this condo ... Well complete ... With swimming pool, sauna, academy, games room, whirlpool, garage, piped gas, among other benefits ... But in the season season is well attended and the condominium is full, so like the beach as a whole. Despite four parking spaces, there are still no vacancies and some vacancies are only filled if they block other vehicles, making it impossible for them to leave the garage if another vehicle is not removed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo condomínio. Mas acho ridículo a parte de proibir quem aluga pra temporada de utilizar as áreas de lazer. Eu tenho uma criança e é difícil de explicar q não pode usar a piscina sendo q tem várias crianças utilizando. Aí fica doente e a gente faz como? Aí entra com processo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem legal, antigamente era mais bagunçado hj em dia ta mais organizado. Porem alguns funcionários, querem privar até mesmo os proprietarios de isufluir de algumas dependências do condomínio e a banheira de hidro dificilmente está Boa pra usar.
Tirando isso, ótimo fácil acesso a praia, tudo sempre limpo e provavelmente é um dos melhores da localidade

Apart from that, great easy access to the beach, everything always clean and probably is one of the best in the locality
