Um defeito que já poderia ter sido resolvido à muito tempo e não foi, é o interfone, que se encontra quebrado e ninguém ajeita. Isso atrapalha muito, principalmente quem trabalha com Delivery. Acho que deveriam colocar alguém na portaria pra facilitar.
Apparently it's a good condominium, I don't know much, but the little I know I see that it's organized.
A defect that could have been solved a long time ago and was not, is the intercom, which is broken and no one fixes it. This gets in the way a lot, especially those who work with Delivery. I think they should put someone at the concierge to make it easier.
