★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio parece ser bem estruturado, o que achei negativo foi o acesso, muitas ruas nas proximidades sem calçamento em paralelepípedos. Mas pude ver pontos comercias nas proximidades, isso é muito bom pois facilita a vida dos moradores, além de ponto de ônibus.
The condo seems to be well structured, what I found negative was the access, many streets nearby without cobblestones. But I was able to see commercial spots nearby, this is very good as it makes life easier for the residents, in addition to the bus stop.
