Very nice there, very restricted to be able to enter there, enough security and there's a turnstile and everything and a piece of paper to be able to get out later, if you lose the piece of paper it's stuck in there too hahaha

Possui bebedouros distribuídos no condominio e sacos plasticos para coleta de dejetos de animais domésticos. Muito bom o lugar
Calm and well organized condo. Most of the staff is well educated and respects the privacy of others. Most are not smokers, which leaves the condominium with the most purified one. It has drinking fountains distributed in the condominium and plastic bags to collect waste from domestic animals. Very good place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudamos há um mês e uma das facilidades que gostamos muito é o fato de tudo ser automatizado por aplicativos no celular, principalmente controle de acesso ao nosso apartamento, o que nos trás uma segurança a mais. Outro ponto forte é a limpeza, organização e segurança 24h e plantas por todo condomínio, nos trás paz!!!
We moved a month ago and one of the features that we really like is the fact that everything is automated by mobile apps, especially access control to our apartment, which brings us more security. Another strong point is the cleanliness, organization and 24 hour security and plants throughout the condominium, bring us peace!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo , a falta de educação dos porteiros a noite. Extremamente despreparados e mal educados. Uma vez autorizado a saída pelo morador fizeram graça . Primeiro só ligar resolveria, depois por pirraça fizeram o morador descer. Uma vez que só entrei por que a moradora não estava bem.
Precisam de um bom treinamento para lidar com pessoas.
Terrible, the lack of manners of the porters at night. Extremely unprepared and rude. Once the resident was authorized to leave, they made fun of it. First just calling would solve it, then out of spite they made the resident come down. Once I only went in because the resident was not well.
They need good training in dealing with people.
