★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio muito bom, seguro, na maioria das vezes bem limpo, bem conservado, porém é cheio de regras excessivas, essas regras acabam atrapalhando bastante pra algumas coisas, e outras coisas absurdas não são controladas, existem regras que só servem pra uns e pra outros não.
