★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei o condomínio, é muito bonito, organizado e ventilado devido a área de preservação ao lado. o único ponto negativo é o fato de não haver muro na área de preservação ao lado do condominio, apenas uma grade de proteção. Estou tentado a comprar um lote e construir minha residência lá, porem me preocupa o fato de ter sido entregue há 06 meses e ainda não haver construções de casas no local, por ser uma área grande poderá demorar para ficar bastante habitado.
 I visited the condominium, it is very beautiful, organized and ventilated due to the preservation area next door. the only downside is the fact that there is no wall in the preservation area next to the condominium, just a protection fence. I'm tempted to buy a lot and build my house there, but I'm worried about the fact that it was delivered 06 months ago and there are still no houses built in the place, as it is a large area, it may take a while to become quite inhabited.
