★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bairro tem tudo pra ser um dos mais bem planejados: espaço, arejado, vista linda com uma paisagem esverdeada, tranquilo e próximo de um complexo náutico mais bem estruturado do interior de Minas q é CNA (clube náutica alvorada) e apenas 5 min de Ipatinga. Mas infelizmente tem coisas q acontece nesse país que é a falta de planejamento dos governantes em geral. Pertence um município q tem mais de 100 anos, e veja por se só, não evolui (Caratinga).
The neighborhood has everything to be one of the best planned: space, airy, beautiful view with a greenish landscape, quiet and close to a better structured nautical complex in the interior of Minas that is CNA (club nautica dawn) and only 5 min from Ipatinga. But unfortunately, there are things that happen in this country, which is the lack of planning by the rulers in general. It belongs to a municipality that is more than 100 years old, and see for itself, it has not evolved (Caratinga).
