★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro la e é um lugar muito bem localizado, perto dele tem padaria, academia, pizzaria, açaí, hamburguer artesanal e tem um matheus ( la todo dia passa um soverteiro com sorvete caseiro). Recomendo
I live there and it is a very well located place, close to it there is a bakery, gym, pizzeria, açaí, artisan burger and a matheus (there is a soverteiro with homemade ice cream every day). I recommend

Não temos saneamento, o sistema de transporte é deficitário básico, ruas esburacadas, violência campeia, apesar do conjunto já existir a um bom tempo e ser populoso, só conta com duas escolas públicas. Dos políticos só temos promessas vazias em época de eleição, depois que passa, têm amnésia.
We need infrastructure. We do not have sanitation, the transport system has a basic deficit, potholed streets, violence is rampant, although the complex has existed for a long time and is populated, it only has two public schools. From politicians we only have empty promises at election time, after it passes, they have amnesia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bom bairro, inclusive sendo onde eu moro, poucos casos de crimes e de violência, porém, ainda não é um lugar completamente protegido, há poucas viaturas no bairro.
A good neighborhood, even where I live, few cases of crime and violence, however, it is still not a completely protected place, there are few vehicles in the neighborhood.
