★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bairro/Setor Novo!! Foi inaugurado e entregue a população no final de 2019. É como se estivesse em um cidade do interior. O setor conta com aproximadamente 500 famílias, vizinho do emblemático Costa Esmeralda. É o ultimo bairro de Araguaína divisa com o Município de Wanderlândia. O clima no começo do dia e no final da tarde é muito agradável (frio) em função da área verde ao redor. No centro do bairro tem um praça muito movimentada a partir das 17:00h. O bairro fica cerca de 10 minutos de carro da UFT (Cimba). O setor Primavera Norte, e seu vizinho Costa Esmeralda, me pareceram muito tranquilos, diferente dos boatos que é um bairro violento. O bairro ainda carece de atividades culturais, caixa 24h, ponto de táxi e bons restaurantes.

The climate at the beginning of the day and at the end of the afternoon is very pleasant (cold) due to the green area around it. In the center of the neighborhood there is a very busy square from 17:00. The neighborhood is about a 10-minute drive from UFT (Cimba). The Primavera Norte sector, and its neighbor Costa Esmeralda, seemed very calm, different from the rumors that it is a violent neighborhood. The neighborhood still lacks cultural activities, a 24-hour box, taxi stand and good restaurants.
