★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só fui como visita mas aparentemente tem uma ótima estrutura. Piscina, salão de festa, playground, quadra... Mas já me falaram que falta brinquedoteca pros menores e que o aluguel do salão é muito caro... Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e educados.
 I only went as a visitor but apparently it has a great structure. Swimming pool, party room, playground, court ... But I was told that there is a lack of toys for the minors and that renting the room is very expensive ... The staff are very friendly and polite.

A localização é excelente, próximo do centro da cidade, muito próximo do Maxi Shopping e de acesso fácil as principais rodovias da região.
Boa área de lazer e arquitetura bonita.
I have lived in Ravenna since the beginning, I must have been one of the first to buy an apartment in that building.
The location is excellent, close to the city center, very close to Maxi Shopping and easy access to the main highways in the region.
