★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei por 7 anos neste condomínio. Ambiente muito agradável, vizinhos maravilhosos. Um lar perfeito para quem tem crianças, deseja tranquilidade e desejam contruir amizades. Os valores do condominio são bem acessíveis e, apesar de não ter piscina, tem area verde e espaço para as crianças curtirem. O ponto alto é a localização, perto do Sesc (lazer, cultura, restaurante), parque e de todas conveniências do centro de Palmas. Saudades demais desse ambiente acolhedor! Um abraço eterno vizinhos.
I lived for 7 years in this condominium. Very nice atmosphere, wonderful neighbors. A perfect home for those who have children, want tranquility and want to build friendships. The condominium values are very affordable and, despite not having a swimming pool, it has a green area and space for children to enjoy. The highlight is the location, close to Sesc (leisure, culture, restaurant), park and all conveniences in the center of Palmas. I miss this welcoming environment too! An eternal hug neighbors.
