Pois no dia em que fui levar um cliente p compra de um apto fiquei uns 40 minutos na chuva e sem poder falar com ninguém pelo fato da portaria não funcionar e o zelador não se encontrar no local no momento. Então isso acabou gerando um certo transtorno para meus clientes. Poderiam pensar em uma alternativa plausível para isso.
There should be an alternative in case the virtual ordinance does not work. Because on the day I went to take a customer to buy an apartment, I spent about 40 minutes in the rain and without being able to speak to anyone because the concierge did not work and the caretaker was not there at the time. So it ended up causing a certain inconvenience for my clients. They could think of a plausible alternative for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser 3 quartos, não indico para famílias grandes. Muito pequenos os quartos e a cozinha! Quem quiser algo maior teria que fazer uma obra enorme, para que tudo fosse ampliado. O espaço externo sim muito bom!
Despite being 3 rooms, I do not recommend for large families. Very small rooms and kitchen! Whoever wants something bigger would have to do a huge job, so that everything could be expanded. The external space is very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima localização!! Amei, muito perto de tudo, mercados, shoppings, PETSHOP, lavanderia chaveiro, escolas, hospital. Apto num tamanho perfeito para casal com 2 filhos. Cozinha compacta, mas atende muito bem. Área comum muito bonita e bem estruturada, salão de festa mobiliado e brinquedoteca também. Já adquiri o meu!!
Great location!! I loved it, very close to everything, markets, malls, PETSHOP, locksmith laundry, schools, hospital. Fit in a perfect size for a couple with 2 children. Compact kitchen, but serves very well. Very nice and well-structured common area, furnished party room and playroom as well. I already got mine!!
