★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é bem confortável, por ser antigo é bem amplo, com janelas grandes. Não há interfone, não há elevadores, não há bicicletário o que acaba gerando alguns atritos com os moradores do primeiro andar, pois na área comum do prédio parece não ser tão comum assim e que eles entendem ser deles e toda vez tem que pedir permissão pra poder colocar qualquer coisa no espaço. Mas pela localização, vale certos desconfortos, ao menos pra mim.
The condo is very comfortable, being old and very spacious, with large windows. There is no intercom, there are no elevators, there is no bicycle rack, which ends up causing some friction with the residents of the first floor, because in the common area of the building it seems to be not that common and that they understand to be theirs and every time they have to ask for permission to being able to place anything in space. But for the location, it's worth some discomforts, at least for me.
