★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os apartamentos são ótimos, embora não sejam muito grandes (2 quartos pequenos, 1 banheiro, uma sala pequena e cozinha com espaço para a máquina de lavar), é perfeito pra quem mora sozinho, ou no máximo um casal. Há uma pequena pracinha, e um salão de festas (que também não é muito grande). Sobre a localização: pra quem tem carro é ótimo, fica próximo do centerbox e é até bastante calmo, o problema é pra quem vai a pé, as ruas são meio desertas e de noite ficam mais ainda. A parada de ônibus é praticamente na porta do condomínio, o que também é ótimo. A portaria é 24horas, embora não seja muito funcional, as vezes a segurança deixa a desejar (deixam o portão aberto e as vezes os porteiros ficam dispersos demais) mas nada muito grave. Em resumo, é um bom condomínio pelo preço que se paga.
The apartments are great, although not very large (2 small bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a small living room and kitchen with space for the washing machine), it is perfect for those who live alone, or at most a couple. There is a small square, and a ballroom (which is also not very large). About the location: for those who have a car it is great, it is close to the centerbox and it is even quite calm, the problem is for those who go on foot, the streets are a bit deserted and at night they are even more so. The bus stop is practically at the door of the condominium, which is also great. The concierge is 24 hours, although it is not very functional, sometimes the security leaves something to be desired (they leave the gate open and sometimes the porters are too dispersed) but nothing too serious. In short, it is a good condominium for the price you pay.
