★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente burocrático conseguir entrar no condomínio mesmo com autorização escrita pelo proprietário. Deviam pensar em trocar o síndico ou o gerenciador de acesso virtual. Tem morador como exemplo que não conseguiu receber as tintas que comprou para pintar seu apartamento.
