★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gosto muito do San Patrick. É seguro, tem porteiro 24h, estacionamento satisfatório, permite animais, tudo que alguém poderia querer ao morar em um apartamento. Gosto muito da vista para o parque de Bodocongó. Uma pena que dê pra ouvir os vizinhos andando e não dá pra fazer muito barulho kkkk
I really like San Patrick. It is safe, has 24 hour concierge, satisfactory parking, pets allowed, everything anyone could want when living in an apartment. I love the view of Bodocongó park. Too bad you can hear the neighbors walking and you can't make much noise kkkk

Excellent condominium !! For those who are starting life now, it is very interesting. There is no leisure area, not that you have seen, but the apartments are quite spacious. Vertical security and concierge. Really enjoyed!

It's an excellent safe place. We have a {Gym, a games room Toy Room Sports Court Play Gloude Party Room and a Gourmet Area with two barbecue grills etc....
