★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residencial com boa estrutura, e apartamentos bem construídos, todos com sacada individual, porém por ser próximo da praça, possui muito barulho a noite e já presenciei diversos delitos próximos.
Residential with good structure, and well-built apartments, all with individual balconies, but being close to the square, it has a lot of noise at night and I've witnessed several crimes nearby.
