★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 01 - você sequer pode abrir a janela pois os vizinhos passam mais tempo na janela olhando pra dentro da sua casa ou pra você do que fazendo qualquer outra coisa.Me pergunto se esse povo trabalha...
02 - O dia em que precisei da Administração nunca resolveram o meu problema. Mesmo o condomínio sendo responsável, porque afinal o condomínio aqui é um dos mais caros dentro de Parnamirim/Natal, eu tive que chamar alguém de fora, pagando do meu próprio dinheiro!
03 - Desorganização! Nunca usei a piscina desde que vim morar aqui porque simplesmente SEMPRE ESTAR EM MANUTENÇÃO
04 - Apesar do valor do condomínio ser absurdo, você ainda paga r$ 50,00 para utilizar a churrasqueira/area de lazer.

02 - The day I needed the Administration never solved my problem. Even though the condominium is responsible, because after all the condominium here is one of the most expensive ones in Parnamirim / Natal, I had to call someone from outside, paying from my own money!
03 - Disorganization! I have never used the pool since I came here because it is ALWAYS IN MAINTENANCE
04 - Although the value of the condo is absurd, you still pay $ 50.00 to use the barbecue / leisure area.

Roubo de pertences de vizinhos é uma constante. Ja roubaram até o caixa de Natal da portaria. A piscina não recomendo usar. Nem os condonimos usam por fatos que aconteceram nela. Sujeira de verdade...
Comfortable apartments. But the construction is structural. No moving walls or setting up a hammock. A lot of good people, but a lot of bad people too. Amazing things have already happened. Theft of neighbors' belongings is a constant. They've even stolen the Christmas box from the concierge. The pool does not recommend using. Neither the condominiums use for facts that happened in it. Real dirt...
