★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo de se morar. Moradores respeitosos e silenciosos. Boa vizinhança. Tem dois problemas somente... o salão de festas e a piscina ficam ao lado do prédio e qualquer comemoração por lá incomoda bastante aos moradores que tem suas janelas e portas para a piscina. E não sei quem foi o gênio que (mesmo em terreno que é de esquina e seria super fácil encontrar um ótimo local para construir a piscina) resolveu construir o prédio num local em que impede a luz solar durante boa parte do dia de bater na piscina, fazendo com que ela seja suuuuper gelada.
 Great to live in. Respectful and silent residents. Good neighborhood. There are only two problems ... the ballroom and pool are at the side of the building and any celebration there is very annoying to the residents who have their windows and doors to the pool. And I do not know who was the genius who (even on terrain that is on the corner and it would be super easy to find a great place to build the pool) decided to build the building in a place where it prevents sunlight for much of the day from hitting the pool , making it suuuuper icy.
