★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei nesse lugar. Tinha uma boa estrutura, garagem portaria etc. Mas todo dia, 24 horas por dia, era barulho de martelo e furadeira. Devia ter uma marcenaria nesse prédio, só pode.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício Residencial bem estruturado dispondo de portaria 24h, salão de festas, piscina, churrasqueira, 2 elevadores, garagem, espaço kids e etc. Visitei amigos nesse endereço, gostei muito da estrutura e organização dos espaços. Os apartamentos não são grandes mas são bem aconchegantes. A vista da cobertura do prédio é incrível.
Residential building well structured with 24h concierge, party room, swimming pool, barbecue, 2 lifts, garage, kids space and so on. I visited friends at this address, I really liked the structure and organization of the spaces. The apartments are not large but are very welcoming. The view from the roof of the building is incredible.
