Tirando que a localização eh ótima, o prédio tem PÉSSIMA organização com a limpeza que eh terrível, Cheiro ruim no elevador, baratas pela garagem onde cheguei a matar escorpião no corredor do prédio. Um absurdo por completo! E ainda quando aluguei o apto me disseram que tinha uma piscina, que na verdade era uma banheira, na qual, NUNCA funcionou. A segurança eletrônica é muito falha onde a porta da portaria vive ABERTA. Enquanto for administrado pelas atuais pessoa, eu não Indicaria pra ninguém esse prédio!
I was a resident and it has always been a DISORDER! Except that the location is great, the building has POOR organization with the cleaning that is terrible, Bad smell in the elevator, cockroaches in the garage where I killed scorpions in the hallway of the building. Completely nonsense! And even when I rented the apartment I was told that it had a swimming pool, which was actually a bathtub, which NEVER worked. Electronic security is very flawed where the gatehouse is OPEN. As long as it's managed by the current people, I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apto com o básico equipado: chuveiro quente, ar condicionado no quarto, televisão smart (porém precisa rotear os dados móveis do celular pois não disponibiliza wifi,), geladeira, cooktop, microondas e utensílios de cozinha. A torneira no banheiro estava quebrada. A limpeza quando chegamos estava ok. O local é bom.
Apt with the basics equipped: hot shower, air conditioning in the room, smart television (but you need to route the mobile data from the cell phone as it does not provide wifi), refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and kitchen utensils. The faucet in the bathroom was broken. Cleaning when we arrived was ok. The location is good.
