Além do mais fica un tanto distante da praia.
O acabamento e a piscina na cobertura são bons diferenciais.
Arquitetura bonita.
A planta dos apartamentos é outro ponto fraco.
Good condo but, compared to current club condos, it leaves much to be desired.
Besides, it is so far from the beach.
The finish and the rooftop pool are good differentials.
