★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho conhecidos que moram neste condomínio, mas não gostam. Visualmente é um lugar agradável e bonitinho. Não vou falar sobre serviços em geral, pois não moro lá. Posso comentar apenas sobre o atendimento da portaria. Não sei se são todos, mas o porteiro que me atendeu deixou muito a desejar em vários sentidos.
Ficou nítida a falta de treinamento, simpatia e boa vontade ao atender um visitante.
I have acquaintances who live in this condo but don't like it. Visually it's a nice and cute place. I won't talk about services in general, as I don't live there. I can only comment on the concierge service. I don't know if it's all of them, but the doorman who attended me left a lot to be desired in many ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com as avaliações de não moradores, ou avaliações curtas, podem ser compradas. Sou morador a 2 anos, graças a Deus não comprei, resolvi alugar. Sindica aqui é a pior que já vi. Se você quiser pagar condomínio e não vai usar a estrutura, pode vir que os apartamentos são bem feitos e a localização é ótima. Mas se tem filhos ou gosta de usar piscina, quadra e salão de festas, esquece, esse é o pior condomínio que já morei, a síndica simplesmente não trabalha. Fecha por qualquer motivo, inventa obras para manter fechado, cobra valores absurdos para uso da churrasqueira e salão de festas para desestimular o uso, não sabe mediar conflitos, está fechada com locatários que detém várias unidades, as secretárias das empresas detentoras das unidades sempre votam nela portanto nunca sairá do cargo.
Na pandemia, quando todos os condomínios abriram no momento correto, aqui tudo ficou fechado. Pesquise bem antes de fechar negócio, principalmente se for comprar.

If you want to pay for the condominium and are not going to use the structure, you can see that the apartments are well made and the location is great. But if you have kids or like to use the pool, court and ballroom, forget it, this is the worst condo I've ever lived in, the landlord just doesn't work. It closes for any reason, invents works to keep it closed, charges absurd amounts for the use of the barbecue and ballroom to discourage use, it does not know how to mediate conflicts, it is closed with tenants who own several units, the secretaries of the companies that own the units always vote in it therefore he will never leave office.
In the pandemic, when all condominiums opened at the right time, everything was closed here. Research well before closing a deal, especially if you are going to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio até que é bem localizado. Mas como é bem antigo, sua estrutura é ruim. Os apartamentos também apresentam problemas na estrutura, como infiltração e entupimento de tubulação.
O relacionamento entre os moradores não é bom. O clima no condomínio é ruim. Não recomendaria morar lá. Muitos vão e logo se mudam.
