★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local tem uma área comum bem ampla e aconchegante, com paisagismo e decoração muito interessante. A localização é excelente ao lado da rodovia Presidente Dutra e grandes avenidas de fluxo rápido.
Os apartamentos são pequenos, simples, porém a distribuição interna dos cômodos permite um determinado conforto dentro do custo benefício adequado.
Enfim bem interessante este loca.
The place has a very large and cozy common area, with very interesting landscaping and decoration. The location is excellent next to the Presidente Dutra highway and large fast-flowing avenues.
The apartments are small, simple, but the internal distribution of the rooms allows for a certain comfort within an adequate cost-benefit ratio.
Anyway, this place is very interesting.
