★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra quem trabalha nos shoppings e no centro o condomínio tem uma ótima localização, acho o tamanho dos apartamentos perfeito tanto pra quem mora sozinho quanto pra quem tem poucos filhos. A única coisa que me recordo de ouvir reclamações alguns anos atrás era sobre o racionamento de água, que claro, na maioria das vezes é inerente ao gerenciamento do condomínio, mas espero que seja um problema resolvido hoje em dia.
For those who work in malls and downtown, the condominium has a great location, I think the size of the apartments is perfect for both those who live alone and for those who have few children. The only thing I remember hearing complaints a few years ago was about water rationing, which of course most of the time is inherent in condominium management, but I hope it's a problem solved today.
