★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quase não encontrei o condomínio, pois não dá para ver os castelos de água com o logotipo da tenda, e que são a referência dos demais condomínios. Porém quando me deparei com o residencial não pude acreditar que havia um empreendimento tão grande e organizado na baixada Fluminense. Isso agrega muito calor a localidade.
I almost did not find the condominium, because you can not see the water castles with the logo of the tent, and that are the reference of the other condominiums. But when I came across the building I could not believe that there was such a large and organized enterprise in the Fluminense basin. This adds a lot of heat to the locality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio fica um pouco distante caso você trabalhe no centro do Rio, mas a localização dele é muito boa, o local é bem tranquilo. Outra coisa bacana é que tem ônibus pra zona oeste, também tem o shopping de nova Iguaçu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lacal em si é bom, apartamento pequeno porem aconchegante porém a atual administração (sindico) tem criado regras absurdas e nada faz para os moradores terem uma qualidade de vida no local.
The place itself is good, small but cozy apartment but the current administration (union) has created absurd rules and does nothing for the residents to have a quality of life in the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro lá há 3 anos, moro no térreo, as crianças, escandalosas, tiram um pouco a nossa paz. O entorno do condomínio está perigoso, há assaltos constantes, fui assaltado há um mês, fiquei sem meu celular. O condomínio já pediu presença de um viatura circulando pelas ruas . A viatura esteve algumas vezes, mas não tem aparecido. Moradores e pessoas residentes no entorno do condomínio ainda estão sendo assaltadas. Clamamos a presença da polícia mais ostensivamente. Até há alguns meses atrás tinha tranquilidade de andar pelas ruas, agora, medo e insegurança. Pedimos socorro!!!

The surroundings of the condominium are dangerous, there are constant robberies, I was robbed a month ago, I lost my cell phone. The condominium has already requested the presence of a vehicle circulating the streets. The vehicle has been a few times, but has not shown up. Residents and people living around the condominium are still being robbed. We call for the presence of the police more blatantly. Until a few months ago I was calm about walking the streets, now fear and insecurity. We ask for help!!!
