Condomínio top com casas de 2 andares (térreo e primeiro)… sala, cozinha, banheiro, quarto, lavanderia, churrasqueira e quintal no térreo e quarto, banheiro e varanda para redes em cima…. Tudo muito organizado, com piscina, jardim bem cuidado…. Enfim, um lugar muito gostoso de morar! Vizinhança muito tranquila e ainda aceita pets!!! (Tem as regras, mass aceita!)…

Top condominium with 2-storey houses (ground floor and first)… living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry, barbecue and backyard on the ground floor and bedroom, bathroom and balcony for hammocks on top…. Everything is very organized, with a swimming pool, well-kept garden…. All in all, a really nice place to live! Very quiet neighborhood and even pet friendly!!! (It has the rules, but accept it!)…
