★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ADM é um lixo, taxa a mais cara da região, sendo que oferece quase nada, alem de pagar taxa de condomínio, tem que pagar usos interno. Moradores adoram tirar fotos de crianças e postarem fotos nos grupos privados de moradores, síndico não resolve nada. Enfim, péssimo pra quer quer um apartamento.
