Está num bairro com boa infraestrutura, acesso fácil a mercado, transporte, padaria, academia e outras facilidades.
As unidades são bem construídas, os cômodos são bem distribuídos e há a opção de retirar paredes para ampliar a sala, por exemplo, que ampliada fica muito grande para receber muito bem as visitas.
