A única coisa chata é o Clube Ocian que fica bem ao lado fazendo seus eventos com o som muito alto, como se fossem os donos do sossego das pessoas, ainda bem que foi somente durante o dia.
Very good condominium, very safe, comfortable and well located. I rented an apartment for the last weekend, and it was worth it. The only annoying thing is the Clube Ocian, which is right next door, doing its events with a very loud sound, as if they were the owners of people's peace, even though it was only during the day.
